Included with your ticket to the WUG as a full day of in-depth Winshuttle training! On Wednesday, October 17th, you'll get to attend three separate sessions of your choice. Space is limited, so you must sign up for each specific class at the time of registration. See the descriptions below.
New to Winshuttle? Want an extra full day of Winshuttle 101 training? On Monday, October 15th, we're offering a jump start day for Transaction 101 training or Workflow 101 training for an extra $100. Session Details
Transaction for Logistics
Instructor: Heather Oebel
Winshuttle Transaction allows companies to easily automate business processes like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. In this session focused on logistics, you’ll learn how to use Winshuttle Transaction to easily create and change purchase orders (ME21N/ME22N) and purchase requisitions (ME51N/ME52N) using advanced features such as “if conditions” to help deal with the dynamic process within SAP. We’ll also cover building multi-script processes with Winshuttle Transaction and Microsoft Excel to administer partial goods receipts and/or partial invoices (MIGO/MIRO). If you're new to Winshuttle, you should consider taking the Transaction 101 training prior to this more in-depth session.
Transaction for HR

Winshuttle Transaction helps companies automate common SAP HR data entry processes that cover all aspects of the employee life cycle and the hire-to-retire business processes. In this session you’ll learn how to employ Winshuttle Transaction in the hire-to-retire lifecycle and in Personnel Management demonstrating Personnel Administration and Personal Development. We’ll also cover the elements of creating and maintaining Organizational Management and Time Entry/Time Management. If you're new to Winshuttle, you should consider taking the Transaction 101 training prior to this more in-depth session.
Transaction for Financials

Winshuttle Transaction enables companies to easily synchronize data entry in Excel with their SAP finance system, which can significantly improve the efficiency and productivity of accounting and finance operations. In this FI-CO focused session, we’ll cover the elements of using Transaction with FB01 and FB50 from the basics of automating the transactions to the advanced concepts of looping, validation, balance checks, using COPA (if conditions) and more. If you're new to Winshuttle, you should consider taking the Transaction 101 training prior to this more in-depth session.
Query
Instructor: Marc Rouhana
Leverage Winshuttle Query to easily and securely pull live data from your SAP system and create business reports. This session provides an overview introduction to Query, followed by real world use cases of how to build reports from tables with pre-built templates. You will also learn about several advanced concepts including how to query from tables, infosets and LBDs, query scheduling in the foreground and background, query chaining, and query for web services, SharePoint and forms. We’ll also cover the usage of Winshuttle Central with Query and many other important security issues.
Workflow Advanced
Instructor: Adrian Jimenez
With Winshuttle Workflow, creating forms and workflow for enterprise applications (not just SAP) has never been easier. In this session, we’ll do a quick review of Winshuttle Workflow and dive right into advanced usage models including loops, participant resolvers, assignment management, and configuration settings. If you’re new to Workflow you should consider taking the Workflow 101 training prior to this advanced session.
SharePoint
Instructor: Eric Moore
Many companies already use Microsoft SharePoint to share information, manage documents, create workflows and more. In this session, you’ll learn how to easily integrate your SAP and SharePoint systems, and how to employ the SharePoint platform to enhance Winshuttle products. In addition to a basic SharePoint overview, we’ll cover how Winshuttle Central leverages SharePoint, how to set it up, best practices and we’ll explore several practical use cases.
Excel for Transaction

In this session, discover how to achieve the full benefits of Microsoft Excel to improve your templates for data loading, extraction and data manipulation with Winshuttle Transaction. You’ll learn to use Excel functions to extract information from SAP messages, to create data for upload, and to modify data that has been extracted from and will be reloaded back into SAP. We’ll also cover using validation lists to create drop down lists in Excel forms and many other tips and tricks to help you use Excel more effectively with Transaction and other Winshuttle products. If you're new to Winshuttle, you should consider taking the Transaction 101 training prior to this more in-depth session.
VBA & Macros for Transaction

Winshuttle Transaction allows companies to streamline business processes within SAP. In this session, you’ll learn the basics of macro creation for use with Winshuttle Transaction to validate, run, apply formulas and more to your data. If you're new to Winshuttle, you should consider taking the Transaction 101 training prior to this more in-depth session.
Extreme Transaction
Instructor: Jennifer Hwang
For users of Transaction that want to get to the next level. This session will cover the use of ShuttleScript commands, the use of BAPIs and Remote Function Modules, Advanced Mapping features, Deployment of Transaction scripts to Runner users and other advanced topics. This session is only appropriate for Transaction users that have significant experience using Transaction and using SAP.
