Dear all,

I am currently working on a workflow where activity 2 should behave like this:

- The task is assigned to a team (person A, B and C).
- The task is completed and approved by person B, for example.
- Activity 2 is now completed and activity 3 is now started.


With my current settings (on swimlane), the task is sent to person A, B and C (This works as I want). But the task is not considered complete until all three people approve it.

Hi Jasmin,
I may be wrong but if you select Team From Role then an activity then needs to be completed by everyone before it's complete. 
I'd suggest using a Decision in the workflow rather than an activity is this should only need a single approval.

I second what Steve posted.  

• For an activity node, all people assigned have to complete the task.
• For an approval node, you can choose how many have to complete it, with the default of 1.

So for your scenario, an approval node would work best.
